Support a federal client by revising current business planning processes and implementing a strategic business plan. Work hands on with the client as the main POC to create innovative ways to improve the business plan. Devise specific strategies to be implemented throughout the organization. Develop strategic messaging for internal and external stakeholders to describe upcoming changes to the plan and overall need and reasoning.
2 years of experience with direct client interfacing, including one-on-one or in a group setting
Experience with devising strategic planning techniques in the public space, analyzing processes, and providing process improvements
Experience with developing strategic communication materials, including briefings and reports
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead taskings
Ability to capture, track, and update monthly and annually reoccurring items
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degree
Experience with coordinating workshops for external entities
Experience with devising and implementing change management techniques
Knowledge of the NextGen program
