As a Customer Service Advocate, you will play a crucial role in helping customers secure their insurance coverage. You will actively sell additional products to ensure families have the protection they need. Writing new policies using our simple sales process will be a breeze for both you and the customer!
Represent Gerber Life by providing an excellent customer experience. Use your active listening skills to understand and process customer requests, resolve billing concerns, handle policy change requests, and guide families through the process of filing for insurance benefits and more!
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
Additional Requirements for Work-At-Home Associates:
- Adequate workspace for two monitors, laptop, docking station, mouse, and keyboard
- Personal desk and chair
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- High-speed internet connection that meets Gerber Life Insurance’s data and speed requirements (Satellite internet providers are not eligible)
