The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support services for the Portfolio Manager and Vice President at FedWriters HQ.
Execute assigned tasks for portfolio management in a timely manner.
Work independently with minimal direction on complex assignments.
Attend meetings with potential and existing clients.
Read and analyze incoming monthly report submissions and distribute them as needed.
Analyze different customer program needs in accordance with contractual obligations.
Access and organize program performance and objectives.
Develop key timelines and schedules.
Interact effectively with personnel, exercise strict confidentiality and discretion, and assist senior leadership in time management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient in MS Word Suites: spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
High school diploma and must be in a college degree program related to government relations.
Work Setting and Environment:
Normal business hours Monday – Friday.
Work is to be performed at FedWriters HQ in Fairfax, VA.
May be required to occasionally local travel.
Partial telework options may be available.
