Reporting to the National Sales and Business Development Manager, the Customer Service/Inside Sales Rep interacts with the sales team and customers to ensure fulfillment of all sales transactions. This role is responsible for all sales related documentation and communication to ensure the best customer experience, while coordinating all internal processes to ensure smooth delivery of product and reconciliation of accounts.

Essential Sales Related Job Duties
Take inbound phone calls

Interact with clients and potential clients providing a superior level of service to ensure the best customer experience possible

Participate and/or support all stages of the selling process
Prospecting
Preparation
Approach
Presentation
Handling Objections
Closing
Follow Up

Documentation production or documentation support
Obtain the proper application data from clients to provide a quote
Generate quotes
Follow up on quotes
Receive and acknowledge purchase orders
Provide work orders to manufacturing
Follow up with customer as necessary

Manage customer expectations for delivery, lead times, pricing, and availability

Build and maintain customer relationships

Maintain and report monthly sales turnover of orders received

Additional Duties
Purchase and maintain office supplies

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Attention to Detail
Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
Excellent telephone skills
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
