A Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) is an ambassador to our extraordinarily large base of customers nationwide. As an RSC, you will serve the customer by demonstrating AT&T’s vast array of products, services and entertainment options, and offering them personal, valuable solutions to fit their needs.
Because we strive for the best, we offer amongst the best. Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn a minimum base of ($23,000 + commission). Consultants could earn an average of $45,000 in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals in the first year. Commission is based on meeting outlined sales goals for a given market.

During the first 90 days of employment, eligible New Hires can be eligible for New Hire Ramp Up Bonus payments in the amount of $400 during the first and second months, and $200 on the third month.

Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required
