Job Purpose:
Trufl Hosts are responsible for the seamless activation of the Trufl platform, both at launch and beyond. With a focus on supporting partner staff at the host stand and on the floor, Trufl Hosts are experts of both the Restaurant Tool and the consumer-facing App. They serve to complement the partner’s existing host team, ensuring a dynamic and efficient functionality during peak operating hours. Trufl Hosts are our front-line “customer service” agents, who ensure guests and staff both feel confident and excited about their experience with Trufl.
Duties and responsibilities:
Attend and contribute to group training sessions during Onboarding process.Build and maintain dynamic relationships with partner venue staff and management.Attend assigned Launch Parties in support of the Restaurant Tool and it’s useExpertly educate users and staff on the Trufl App and Restaurant Tool after launchFarm and report dynamic feedback from users & venue staff to Hospitality ManagerExecute all Partner Launch Parties with Trufl Host teamWeekly partner visits with each account.Report to HM on all daily activitiesExecute weekly strategies and initiatives in support of the Trufl Experience
Qualifications include: Possess the “Hospitality Gene”Min 2 year experience in the Hospitality Industry, Lead HostEducation: BA preferred but not requiredStrong sense of “Self Starter” attitudeGreat Communication SkillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power PointProficient in PC and Mac operating systems and iOS and Android interfacesPossesses Leadership attributes and team player mindsetOther: Desire to work in a fast paced start up environment.
