Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Our client, a privately held investment management boutique, is seeking an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager for their NYC office. You will be responsible for supporting 2/3 senior executives, general office management, small amount of accounts payable


  • Quickbooks experience would be a huge plus
  • Greet all incoming guests offer refreshments
  • Enter guests intro security list
  • Stock office supplies and kitchen, conference rooms
  • Sort incoming mail & shipments, prepare outgoing shipments
  • Handle vendors ex: water, soda, flowers, Christmas decorations, building maintenance
  • Assist CFO’s office with vendor payments, scan invoices
  • Setup meeting and conference room coordination, order catering, set up special events, Christmas Party, St Patrick’s Day Lunch etc.
  • Assist team with expenses, copying receipts, scanning
  • Building requests such as heating and cooling issues, serve as a point of contact for all building concerns
  • Coordinate office move and furniture requests
  • Report pulling for various projects


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years experience
