Description & Requirements
Responsible for the lifecycle of all changes on ServiceNow Platform. ensuring the team properly inspected- validated- checked- approved and closed change records.
Ensure the change and CMDB team follows published process controls
Assist and guide the team with Audit and Compliance Reporting
Host and monitor the CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings for both local and enterprise changes
To provide Analytics on Changes- Tickets to Changes Relationships- Top worse approvers- Top worse requires and trends.
Implement artificial intelligence and analytics to evaluate change risks- impacts and complexity. With the targeted goal of modernizing the Change Management Processes
Manage the implantation of auto-discovery for KHC’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) on ServiceNow platform to ensure the accuracy and integrity of configuration data and proper reporting
Ensure the modernized and automated CMDB and entries are fully linked to business objectives and services.
Review the team’s data quality analysis- provide recommendations to address data quality issues- and ensure the implementation of approved recommendations
Audit the CMDB to ensure reliable data on relationships between servers- applications- devices- and users is maintained
Undertake governance and control across Configuration processes ensuring adherence to the agreed standards
Manage the transformation of the CMDB to provide other business and IT functions with authoritative and current information so they can efficiently access the information they need to drive efficiencies in their areas.
Provide metrics on CMDB project improvements and deliver on a modernized and mature CMDB
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
5+ years' experience in Information Technology
3+ years' experience in IT Change and Configuration Management
2+ years’ experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management and CMDB
Strong experience in Vendor Management
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Ability to identify- assess and mitigate risks
Must have good verbal- written- interpersonal- and communication skills
Must be able to work constructively in a team environment
Strong customer and results orientation
Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
Ability to function as an effective team leader
Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
Be a self-motivated- highly ethical individual with a demonstrated ability to work as a team lead as well as independently
