O'Neill Healthcare is currently seeking an Admission's Liaison to assist our Marketing team across each of our five locations.

O'Neill Healthcare is committed to providing the finest health services at our five facilities in Cleveland's west side communities and to maintain a sincere, respectful concern for each and every one of our residents. Our five west side facilities — Bay Village, Fairview Park, Lakewood, North Olmsted, and North Ridgeville — provide seniors with the diverse, personal, and quality care they need. Our services and clinical expertise include Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Rehab Therapy, Memory Support, Hospice Care, and Dialysis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with admissions as assigned across our five locations.
Helping to complete the necessary steps to admit a patient once clinically reviewed.
Attorney General/Sex Offender checks
Entering leads into our EMR database
Verifying insurance and days used
Completing/Pulling 7000/PASARR
Assist with Carve-Outs
Price out referral’s medications via myremedi.com
Helping to complete sign-in paperwork within 3 days of admission and ensure proper documentation is scanned and uploaded.
Help make welcome bags and check that rooms are ready for admissions.
Take inquiry calls for information when needed.
Assist with giving tours as needed.
Assist with completing insurance updates.
Assume Admission Coordinator responsibilities when necessary. For example, provide coverage for any scheduled days off.
Any other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a high school graduate.
Must be able to effectively communicate with the staff, residents, and their families and visitors.
Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess a positive ability to work with others.
Must be organized and pay attention to detail.
Must be in good health, with no lifting restrictions, neat and clean.
Must be flexible and willing to travel between facilities.
Must project a positive attitude.
