We are a busy and growing recruiting firm seeking an experienced, trustworthy and organized Technical Recruiter in the Philadelphia regional area. You will be recruiting for a wide-variety of our client’s technical roles, which include, but are not limited to: Developers; Designers; Systems and Network Engineers; System Architects; Analysts, etc. Qualified candidates must have prior experience working as a Technical Recruiter, sourcing candidates of all levels. You must have superior communication skills, organizational skills, and a polished, professional demeanor.
Recruits varying levels of candidates to fill our open requirements. Creative, outside the box thinking is encouraged.
Queries job board databases for candidate resumes. Reviews the resumes and qualifies candidates.
Conducts interviews with candidates, including first level interview and technical screening.
Develops and maintains a network of technical contacts.
Negotiates hourly rates and salaries.
Supports with the re-writing of job descriptions as needed.
Assists in the formatting of candidate resumes and submits via the Partner’s Consulting process.
Uploads and updates information into the corporate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while utilizing our systems to track opportunities and candidates.
Conducts reference checks as needed.
Schedules phone screens and face-to-face interviews for candidates.
Participates in weekly meetings, contributing feedback and updates on open positions and active candidates.
Checks websites and job boards to see if our job requirements are posted under other recruiters (competitive research).
Develops strong relationships with your candidate pool of resources.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
5 years of demonstrated recruiting experience and a proven track record of self-sufficient, full life cycle technical recruiting within the IT sector.
Expertise in recruiting for roles in Software Development, Engineering, Architecture and other highly technical positions.
Proven ability to assess candidates for the capability to perform job requirements.
Strong understanding of pipelining candidates using a variety of tools and methods.
Possesses an excellent technical knowledge base and maintains knowledge of the technology industry/ upcoming trends.
Maintains influential relationships with technical SME's to executive level candidates.
Experience with applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to build credibility at all levels and proactively network to establish relationships.
