Looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will be involved with New Employee Onboarding, Job Sourcing, Active/Passive Recruiting , Job Position Development, Employee Training programs and other recruiting HR Functions as needed. Must have experience recruiting Cleared Resources as well.
§ Conduct regular follow-up with managers to discuss needs and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation;
§ Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;
§ Builds applicant sources means and by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites;
§ Determines applicant requirements by studying sow/job description and job qualifications
§ Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; using newsgroups and job sites;
§ Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements;
§ Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules;
§ Create position description utilizing the S.O.W. and post positions;
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience required, preferably in a Government Contracting environment but knowledge of IT recruiting more important.
