Jamestown is expanding our in-house architecture team to support the design and implementation of architecture and interiors projects across Jamestown’s real estate portfolio. The Jamestown Architecture team is responsible for the design and oversight of architecture, landscape architecture, signage, wayfinding, lighting, and interior design projects. This position provides an immediate opportunity to contribute to significant design-centered adaptive reuse, ground-up multi-family, and urban mixed-use developments across the United States.
Key Responsibilities

Preparation of renderings, plans, elevations, sections, and details for internal and external review and presentation.

Coordination with vendors, contractors, 3rd party architects, internal marketing, project management, and leasing teams to contribute to projects across the portfolio

Oversight and review of 3rd party architects’ design and documentation production

Assist with the organization and procurement of interior and exterior FFE specifications
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
-
Skilled in creating quick representations of design ideas
-
2-4 years of professional experience in architecture – commercial and interior retail experience is a plus
-
Knowledge of basic construction systems and details

Fluent in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3d modeling software
-
Strong organizational and communication skills.
