Job Purpose
This role will provide administrative support to the SVP, Media and support the NBC Entertainment Marketing Media Department with various media projects.

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to SVP, Media. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering and handling phones for SVP, Media
Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings for SVP and department
Maintaining department files
Booking travel arrangements
Manage SVP’s expenses
Manage department’s P-card expenses for office supplies, etc.
Maintain and organize department share drives and files
Update and maintain contact sheets
Track department time-off (sick, personal, vacation)
Provide support to media managers on all billing and financial needs. Duties include organizing and tracking invoices, managing all media authorizations, and assisting on any ad-hoc project requests from finance.
Assist media managers on the execution of all media plans both internally and externally. Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that media plans match creative deliverables as detailed by vendors.
Assist the department with any ad-hoc projects/requests.

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Marketing or related field.
Minimum 1 year relevant work experience.
Strong computer skills: proficient in Mac, PC, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
