Job Summary:
The Office Coordinator in Materials Management will help the Director of Materials Management in various office related ways.

Essential Functions:
Primary role will be to serve as backup to Resource Manager
Must have experience with MS Access 2007/2010, including creating queries, creating forms, creating reports, creating macros, creating and troubleshooting modules, filtering and exporting tables, analyzing errors in Visual Basic for Access,
Must have extensive knowledge in PC laptop hardware repair. Microsoft A+ hardware certification preferred.
Knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems including Registry editing and configuration, Windows installation, installing and removing programs, troubleshooting software problems preferred
Must have Website creation and maintenance experience using Joomla 3.xx. Ability to troubleshoot Website problems. Ability to install, use and manage Joomla 3.x Modules, Joomla Plugins, Joomla templates. Able to install and configure and remove Joomla,
Must be able to configure, Manage and run queries using MSSQL.
Able to configure INI files using PHP 5.x and higher.
Be able to read and comprehend technical instructions as they pertain to MS Access preferred.
Must be extremely knowledgeable with file management, directory structure, folder and sub folder permissions.
Must have FTP - File transfer protocol experience using an open source FTP file management software package.
Responsible for creation and management of user ID’s and passwords using Joomla backend menus.
Responsible for reviewing, new hire applications and resumes, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates, hiring candidates.
Must have experience with corporate payroll processes, including calculating percentages of hours worked at different rates, creating and running reports, verifying timecards.
Coordinate Employee transportation to and from the inventories including arranging of Carpools, Van Passenger lists, Arranges Rental Vans, Van drivers, etc.
Must be proficient using MS Excel. 2007/2010
Ability to effectively use and communicate via EMAIL using MS Outlook.
Maintains Online Job calendar and ensures up to date and accurate job dates, locations and related information is visible to employees.
Updates post inventory job data including Attendance, totals Hours/Lines counted etc.…
Maintains employee database of active employees which includes start date, contact information and other misc. information.
Maintains Employee Email distribution list to ensure accuracy and that it is always up-to-date.
Provides employees with information by answering employee questions and requests or referring them to the appropriate resource.
Track and manage required RWJBH mandated activities such as Flu Shot tracking; mandatory online training courses; and ensures that all employees are in compliance.
Scanning and uploading of pre and post inventory records and paperwork as needed.
Provide support to company Director as needed.
Place employee uniform orders online.
Assist Resource Manager with Pre and Post Inventory paperwork as needed.
