Pathfinder Inspections is seeking applicants for carpenters / general construction laborers to join our Construction Division. These positions are based out of Dickinson, ND. Must have knowledge of the following tasks:
Wood Framing (wall and roof systems)
Metal Framing (steel buildings)
Insulation (batts and blown in)
Siding and soffit (wood, metal, cement)
Drywall
Finish Trim Work (base, casing, cabinets)
Roofing (asphalt and metal)
Key candidate attributes: hard worker, hustler, dedicated, team player, willing to learn, willing to work long hours and ambition to grow in our business.
Candidate must work well with others and be self-motivated.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move objects 50lbs+
Ability to work long hours
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to keep a clean work environment
Pay will be dependent on experience and negotiated upon employment.
Position available immediately upon hire. Competitive wages and benefits. Benefits include health care after 60 days of employment. We cover 100% of the employee premium. 401K with matching after 1 year of employment.
Employee housing available.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and will be subject to random testing.
