We are seeking a Telecom Call Center Technician for a 12-month contract in Broomfield or Littleton, CO (with an option to convert to full-time). In this role, you will perform tasks associated with the maintenance of the company's transport, signaling, private line and data services in a Call Center environment. Monitors network and customer facing resources for impairment and out of service conditions. Responsible for troubleshooting, managing and correcting customer service issues. Monitors the performance of the telecommunications networks, including usage, load patterns, and system response.
2 years telecommunications experience
Knowledge of at least one of the three major technical disciplines: Transmission (DS1/DS3/SONET), Switching (circuit-switching/SS7) and TCP/IP (routers/higher-layer protocols)
Some college preferred
