Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls and installations.
- Dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites based on skill set and location.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer interactions.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
