Job Title: Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead (Secret Security Clearance Required)

Location: Tampa, Florida

Job Description:
The ILS Lead provides and coordinates program acquisition, configuration management, and logistics management activities in support of an Army Program. Duties include planning and executing of an Integrated Logistics acquisition program for fielded and developmental systems. The ILS Lead conducts detailed impact analysis to include sparing, life cycle cost, obsolescence, manpower & training and provisioning. He/She will plan and assist in efforts such as: logistics analyses and trade studies; development of Integrated Logistics Support plans; development of provisioning and training plans; development of technical manuals; and other tasks related to logistics support. Support activities and tasks in various logistics elements (ILS planning, maintenance planning, supply support, test and support equipment, packaging/handling/storage /transportation, personnel and training, facilities, data, computer resources, design interface) and support analyses, studies, problem identification and resolution, program planning and implementation. Prepare correspondence documents, and reports for assigned logistics systems.

Essential Responsibilities include:
Implement and support iGov’s ISO 9000:2015 and CMMI policies and procedures.
Provided daily supervision and administration in support of an Army technology refresh program schedule.
Coordinate and allocate contractor resources in support of the Systems Engineering, Production, and Logistics development teams.
Ensure quality and on-time delivery of contract deliverables.
Oversee the program's QA/QC, Process Improvement, and Risk Management programs.
Increase productivity by analyzing data to monitor and control program performance
Lead the program’s cross-functional Integrated Product Team to develop Integrated Logistics Plans, New Equipment Training, and impact assessments, to support the execution of program objectives.
Oversees training development, training delivery, and Technical Manual development.
Provide direct leadership and supervision for multiple sub-projects, cross-functional and Integrated Project Teams, to deliver quality products, to include Electronic Technical Manuals, ILS plans, Manpower and Training Analyses, in accordance with contracted requirements.
Report directly to the Program Manager Army Programs and may be required to perform liaison activities with stakeholders.
Responsible for logistics development and governance in accordance with corporate structure, processes and procedures to accomplish program objectives.
Ensure that all processes and deliverables are compliant with Corporate, Federal, and Army regulations/policies/directives. .
Oversee the development of all logistics products, which includes checks and balances for compliance, vision alignment, supportability, and product quality/conformance, to optimize performance across functional support areas to achieve the best performance and technical value.
Participate in program planning, which entails developing the plan to orchestrate projects, resources, timescales, monitoring and control.
Participate in the program’s Process Improvement Program to ensure lessons learned are systematically applied to increase program process performance and efficiency.

Preferred Skills/Certifications:
Direct operations leadership experience in the last five years on programs for the DoD
Experience in ISO 9001:2015 processes and requirements
