Description:
The Marketing Brand Manager will be responsible for executing the day-to-day marketing initiatives as well as developing and executing the marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase guest engagement for the brands they oversee.
Will require flexibility in working hours which may include nights, holidays, and weekends. Ability to travel at least 25% of the time by plane or automobile to restaurants located in the Florida Panhandle, Florida East Coast, Alabama, Mississippi, and other locations that may fall under their responsibility in the future.
Essential Functions

Manage third party delivery platforms such as Online Ordering (OLO), Doordash & UberEats

Manage each brand’s website to ensure it is up-to-date with accurate information

Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to drive guest engagement and loyalty

Analyze email performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for effectiveness

Manage each brand’s social media:
-
Craft and implement social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with the target audience.

Monitor social media channels, respond to guest inquiries, and manage online reputation.

Develop, execute and manage local store marketing initiatives:

Work closely with restaurant managers to develop and implement community-specific marketing initiatives.

Identify partnership opportunities with local businesses to enhance brand visibility.

Monitor and respond to online reviews across various platforms to maintain a positive online reputation

Implement strategies to encourage positive guest reviews
-
Collaborate with culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market trends

Manage the design, printing and distribution of physical menus
-
Develop visually appealing in-store collateral to enhance the overall guest experience
-
Design & coordinate the production of promotional materials
-
Implement digital marketing campaigns
-
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and incorporate strategies into campaigns

Develop and manage marketing budget(s), ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximum ROI
-
Provide regular reports on budget performance and make data-driven recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

At least five (5) years of marketing management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry

Knowledge and experience with B2B partnerships

Knowledge and experience in data-driven marketing

Familiarity with the Northwest Florida and Alabama markets, preferred (not required)
