What You'll Do
You will run critical competitive programs, leading a multi-functional team to deliver initiatives and programs that further Cisco’s competitive efforts You will work across sales, product and functional leadership teams to build and drive competitive efforts that foster the overall company strategy. As a program manager you will support a new global process for agile, dynamic sharing of competitive information that accelerates Cisco’s ability to respond swiftly, including working with our partner community. You will lead a dashboard and set of measurements that illustrate the competitive situation on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and highlight where the program is having impact and where there are gaps. You will drive competitive analysis and lead a “chessboard view” of how we stack up versus competitors across different product families and functional dimensions

Cisco is moving rapidly to execute on four priorities—acceleration, simplification, operational rigor, and culture, all to better meet the needs and expectations of customers.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA preferred, 8+ years of experience
Experience in multi-functional program management and/or strategy roles
Strong written and verbal communication, strong presence in front of senior executives
Strong PowerPoint skills
Sound understanding of Cisco product offerings and interest and fluency with adjacent technologies
