Senior Guide
Overview:
Join our team as a Senior Guide at CARESTREET and be part of a dynamic organization dedicated to advocating for seniors in our community. As a Senior Guide, you will play a crucial role in building relationships and acting as an unbiased senior living expert as you guide families and older adults through the best care options available - including scheduling and attending tours at communities all the way through move-in day at Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC) and other levels of care within senior living.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with current and prospective clients, providing detailed information about tour itineraries, collected medical information, community amenities and pricing, and any other relevant details.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure actively juggling multiple tasks and being able to prioritize family needs
- Build relationships with communities, referring partners and families to generate prospective families, while receiving prospective leads generated by existing relationships and company efforts
- Acting with urgency, ensure timely responses to families and team members, and timely record keeping within the company's CRM
- Representing the company with confidence, integrity and transparency - our core values - to ensure we always act in the best interest of families we serve
Requirements:
- SeniorLiving experience required such as proficiency in the levels of care. Candidates with the background in the following area will be considered social workers, nurses, activities or other senior living sales experience.
- Experience working senior living, ideally in progressive or varied roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals from various backgrounds
- Flexibility to work autonomously with minimal oversight, self-starting and self-directing efforts
- Highly motivated to serve, with a relentless drive and desire to perform
- Physical ability to lead walking tours at communities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Very competitive package includes a base salary plus unlimited commission, with no limits to earning potential
