We are seeking a great candidate with the minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field. As an HR Generalist you will be expected to use your HR expertise to align business objectives with employees and management. Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of human resources programs, policies, processes and procedures designed to attract, retain and reward employees globally in alignment with overall business strategy. Responsible to solve complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes.
