The Source to Pay Policy and Planning Manager plays a vital role in Procurement's operational strategy by soliciting and contributing relevant knowledge of UPS procurement activities and business needs. Success in this role will depend heavily on the ability to establish and maintain credibility cross functionally, demonstrate credible knowledge of specific business processes in the field of Purchased Transportation, and achieve work through others with and without direct authority over them. This position will involve project management and consistent, meaningful communication with the project team, IT contributors, and UPS leadership including identifying potential risks and adjusting the project plan to meet project time and budgetary goals. This role may manage others within the department.

Availability to travel up to 25% (possibly international)
4+ years total work experience in Plant Engineering and Capital Projects Management
4+ years total work experience in Source to Pay Operations, Information Systems or analytical roles
MBA (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
