Job Summary:

The Branch Office Administrator provides assistance to the Branch with daily tasks and multi-day projects. Communicates with the branch in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages all aspects in social media for branch including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Partners with Marketing and Compliance/Legal to ensure social media content is compliant
  • Creates engaging text, image and video content to promote the branch
  • Posting, sharing and maintain online reviews for the branch
  • Assists in distribution/delivery of marketing materials
  • Replenishes branch marketing materials
  • Updates and maintains database of prospective, active and past clients
  • Assists the branch during seminars/events including planning, scheduling, pre-event set up, post-event clean up and preparing event materials
  • Responds to both inbound and outbound correspondences via email and telephone
  • Provides office services support including inputting data; creating documents; gathering information; preparing reports; maintaining files; ordering and maintaining supplies.
  • Manages and participates in various project work
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and best practices
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of current business acumen

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalency degree
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, organized, excellent time management skills, self-starter, creative, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products

Physical Environment:

  • This position is primarily an in office position
  • Normal office environment
