5 years of relevant work experience in HR and project management.

Preferred qualifications:
7 years of experience in project management overseeing work-planning, scaled implementation, and communication of results.

5 years of experience as a full-time process improvement practitioner.

Experience in project design, planning, execution, and scaling.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful recommendations to best serve stakeholder and organizational needs.

Ability to manage projects to successful and timely conclusions while collaborating cross-functionally, multi-tasking, and managing multiple clients.

Excellent influencing and communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery across a wide range of audiences.

As a Program Manager, you will create and drive the programs that help us to find and develop talent. You will oversee the projects that allow GPS to provide candidates and clients with an excellent experience as productively and efficiently as possible. As a Staffing Services Team (SST) Operations Programs Manager, you will partner across the team to solve some of the toughest scalability challenges that Google faces in its efforts to hire and grow great Googlers. Your responsibilities include developing program objectives and work plans, leading cross-functional project teams, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and owning ongoing execution and results.

Build comprehensive work plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish program objectives.

Use analytical rigor to inform decisions, provide insights, and tell a compelling, data-driven story to our users.

Scale solutions globally by developing strategic communication plans to influence key stakeholders.

Drive special programs such as employee survey, manager development, and organizational design.

Lead and innovate on programs that contribute to our ability to hire at scale.
