Job Summary::
As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure. You will be part of a team of talented engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based solutions. Leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies and your strong leadership skills, you will drive innovation, streamline processes, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: :
- Design and deploy AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)s, VPN, Direct Connect, Route 53,
Elastic Load Balancing (ELB), etc. -
Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal
cloud solutions. -
Modify and improve existing systems.

Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.

Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with
company security policies and best practices in cloud security. -
Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment
issues. -
Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.

Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client
needs.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)::
Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or a related field or
Equivalent
Experience:
Minimum: 2 years of experience supporting various AWS cloud initiatives
Proficient In
-
Working knowledge of AWS S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.

Knowledge of Terraform is a plus.

Knowledge of AWS security services and best practices.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate
product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at senior management
levels. -
Ability to design and deploy AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Certifications
Minimum: CompTIA Security+ certification, AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
Preferred: AWS certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is a plus.
