Cookie Cutters - Haircuts for Kids, is the #1 kids salon in Nevada, and due to high customer demand we are now looking to increase the size of our team in Las Vegas. We provide a stress free haircut experience for kids and families, with fantasy chairs, a colorful salon, TV screens at every chair. Plus, kids get a balloon and lollipop after every appointment. Parents can conveniently book their appointments online or via our app, where they can choose their stylist, appointment time, and collect rewards and discounts. Our goal is to hire great people to work for us, take good care of them, and pay them well, so that they are motivated to do their best work and provide a superior experience to our customers.

We are looking to IMMEDIATELY hire 2-3 full time or part time barbers / stylists to supplement our current team. If you want to be paid well, work with a fun and encouraging team, love kids and want opportunities for growth, then we want to talk to you.
What you bring to the table:
- A positive, collaborative attitude. We do not tolerate any negativity or drama in our salons.
-A good track record of success at other salons. Prior experience in kids salons is a bonus, but not required.
- Expertise in clippers and trimmers, with prior experience and training in using both to cut hair.
- Expertise in a wide variety of styles and cuts, including braids, fades, zero-fades, etc.
- The desire to build long relationships with customers, both parents and kids. Get to understand their particular needs, and be able to advise on cuts and styles.
- Being comfortable recommending products for purchase, that would benefit their hair. We have large incentives on product sales in our salon, and our most trusted stylists make more money via bonuses.
- A good sense of cleanliness and hygiene, both personal and for the workspace. we work hard to maintain the attractiveness of our store, and we expect all team members to pitch in towards cleanliness and upkeep.
- A fairly good understanding on how to use the POS system, and be comfortable executing transactions on the system. Yes, training is provided and encouraged!
What we will provide:

- We are open and honest about pay, and try to ensure a fair and decent wage to our team, based on their skills, experience and role. Currently our our staff averages between $10 - $19 / hr tips. Our staff also earns additional rewards and incentives for all sorts of things, from product sales to special contests.
