Part time Administrative Assistant

Corporate Payroll Services- Washington Branch - Rockville, MD


Corporate Payroll Services is actively seeking a Branch Administrative Assistant to join our team! Our ideal candidate will be a fast learner, well organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented. The employee is responsible for assisting with clerical and other branch operations for our customers and mgmt team efficiently and accurately on a daily basis. This role will also be expected to provide customer service via phone and email.

Part Time - Hourly ( 20-25 hours a week )
Schedule - Monday- Wednesday ( 10 am- 4 pm)

Job Duties

  • Data entry
  • Clerical Support
  • Customer support via phone and email
  • Assist management and employees as required
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Basic mental math skills
  • Strong data entry skills MS Excel and other MS Office
  • Great phone etiquette and phone communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and web browsers, as required
  • Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.00 /hour


  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
