**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deli Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food products. **Duties:**
- Assist with the daily operations of the deli, including preparing and serving food items to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Operate a cash register, handle cash, and make change as needed
- Assist with stocking , rotating stock, and maintaining the appearance of the Facility.
- Prepare and serve food items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge of food safety, food handling, and sales techniques.
**Skills:**
- Experience in the food industry or a related field. (Very helpful but not required)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in helping customers with orders and answering questions.
- Familiarity with food service and quick service fast food restaurant operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
