HomeWell Senior Care, one of the largest and most reputable private duty home health agencies in Northern New Jersey is seeking an Executive Assistant who can offer reliable support to our team of Sales Professionals and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases.

The Executive Assistant will have a key role in the success of the company and will be responsible for the following:

-Knowledge and understanding of HomeWell's sales process

-Assist with the logistics of handling all client situations

-Assist with managing and reporting sales updates on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

-Assist with client service agreements via web portal or in person

-Manage client relations through HomeWell's Quality Control program

-Assist the Sales Professionals with a variety of Client support needs

-Manage and order all sales inventory and marketing materials

-Coordinate and schedule events and marketing presentations

-Assist with admission and discharge management

-Manage the HomeWell website in conjunction with the online marketing campaign

-Manage HomeWell's social media marketing

-Random errands/needs when necessary

-General client concierge services/client management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

Experience:
