Pentagon A Investments is a real estate investment firm and is seeking a Facilities Director to oversee company projects for buildings located throughout the United States sunbelt. This individual will work at headquarters located in Irvine, California. Reporting to the President, the Facilities Manager will oversee and coordinate new construction, repair and maintenance projects within the facilities, collaborate with contractors to execute construction and repair plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Candidate must have knowledge of basic construction.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 depending on qualifications.
