KPMG is currently seeking a Seasonal Manager, Business Advisor to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Audit HR Business Advisor in the Bay Area Business Unit and also work directly with the National Audit Human Resources Director on special national Audit projects
Prepare, analyze, and distribute a variety of reports including turnover, employee engagement surveys, and assisting with employee-related processes
Support and participate in the annual performance development processes (including expectation setting and interim review)
Work on special projects, developing project plans and managing through implementation and follow-up

Qualifications:
Minimum five years of progressive Human Resources or comparable experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration, or relevant work experience
Comprehensive understanding of HR principles; in-depth knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
Ability to build and maintain relationships with the firm’s partners and employees
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred
Ability to develop clear and concise written communications and prepare performance documentation; exhibit problem-solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills
