Cincinnati Children’s Hospital is offering four one-year Fellowships, in the areas of Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy. These Fellowships will have a special focus on leadership in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Fellows will be required to provide clinical services for approximately 75% of their workload. The remainder of the experience will be focused on education and instruction in the DEI space through the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, along with designing and implementing projects that fall into one of the following broad categories\: (1) improving staff knowledge and skills with respect to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the delivery of patient care specific to their respective divisions; (2) expand partnerships within communities of interest in the Cincinnati area; and/or, (3) improve access to care within underserved areas of Cincinnati and the region. In turn, the fellows will be expected to translate their projects into learnings for the staff.
Fellows must be able to obtain a license to practice their respective professions in the State of Ohio. The Fellowship will start on July 1st of each year and end on the following June 30. Fellows will receive salary and benefits at rates comparable to entry-level compensation in the respective divisions, along with some financial support for DEI projects and for travel to a DEI related conference or to present the results of their work.

Qualification:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required\:
- Bachelor's degree in clinical discipline; License to practice profession in Ohio (if req)
