As an MBA intern, you will contribute to the business in one our four roles designed for students earning their MBA outlined below. Once you apply to this requisition you will have the opportunity prior to interviewing to identify which role you are most interested in.
Required Qualifications for All Roles:
Currently enrolled in a Master’s in Business Administration program
3+ years of professional experience prior to start of MBA, military experience included
General Responsibilities by Role:
set the short-term and long-term strategy for a specific product and evangelize that vision within the organization
conduct business analysis on proposed enhancements, including competitive review, budgeting, forecasting, and planning for measurement and reporting
solicit and consolidate feedback to help in the prioritization of engineering effort
facilitate trade-off decisions between investment, schedule and customer benefit
take ownership over risk mitigation and creatively solve problems as they arise
build collaborative relationships with coworkers in engineering, operations, and brand product management
gather detailed business opportunities from internal clients and turn them into the epics and stories that set the direction for engineering teams
promote thinking about the why and what of new features and data.
collaborate with other teams on training, testing, and self-service
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to carefully handle expectations across constituencies.
Analytical and technical, familiarity with 3rd party programmatic tools and processes desired.

Build content and training to support specialists. Ensure information is up to date and accurately represents current process and standards.

Specifically demonstrated experience in marketing measurement e.g. A/B testing & work through complex business problems
Analytical/ business modeling skills with ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights e.g. through use of advanced excel, SQL with R or Python as a bonus
Experience of working in a global matrixed environment as well as working with teams remotely
Strong business sense, problem solving, and business case building Dedicated, high-energy, and creative self-starter
Passion for solving interesting and significant marketing problems using principled techniques and practices
Troubleshoot and identify issues such as data, quality or operational issues that may impact performance
Work with team to automate and/or streamline repetitive processes to improve overall team productivity
The Intern in this role will be assigned one or more strategic opportunities. She or he will build a framework to scope the opportunity, gather and analyze data, meet with internal stakeholders, and form a recommendation. Key deliverables may include:
Gaining alignment with relevant stakeholders on strategic positioning of the assigned opportunity
Gaining alignment with relevant stakeholders on opportunity sizing and financial and /or operational targets
Development of an operational cadence to build out test plans with key functions
Defining test plans with Product, Marketing, Partner Success, and / or Customer Experience
Ensuring integration of test plans into existing operational execution, tracking and reporting processes
To the extent that tests are completed within the duration of the role, development of recommendations for further tests or refinement of strategy based on test results
In addition, the Intern will assist with the annual strategic planning process as needed and support the Strategy team with analysis and project management.

Product Management: Support transformation initiatives in talent acquisition marketing by investigate and assessing vendor solutions and leverage/optimize existing capabilities to deliver against team OKR metrics in order to continually grow and improve talent acquisition capabilities and develop performance baselines and optimizations.
Program Management: Identify opportunities to optimize customer self-service capability and rate, and drive development of a new self-service features across multiple brands.
Brand Strategy: Understand & consolidate customer data from across the company. Consolidate NPS, brand, customer economics data from a regional perspective. Resulting in a point of sale customer scorecard.
Corporate Development: Assess brand gaps in software engineering and data science from a people perspective by studying the brands and company peer set’s behaviors for attracting, developing and retaining talent in an effort to understand how the brands can accelerate growth.
