A Project Manager - Rollouts within the Rollout Team is accountable for managing the installation of our cutting-edge World Class products and services for projects that are inclusive of Client lists of 25 locations or more being deployed at the same time. As the Project Manager - Rollouts, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Rollout Project Managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. Coordinate the successful multi-location installations of our renowned Sound systems, Music platforms and Sensory branding equipment.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Drive internal and external calls/meetings to set project expectations
Constantly communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time installations.
Be familiar with different stages of the installation process for multiple Rollout projects occurring simultaneously.
Negotiate labor rates with our field operations network and coordinate the delivery of equipment to arrive in advance of an on-time system installation.
Act as liaison between Mood Media and a globally recognized name brand customer base, ensuring locations are installed according to customer expectations and Engineering designs.
Interact and utilize our Engineering and Field Operation Department resources to maintain systems integrity and customers expectations.
Maintain multiple customer account databases, which are shared company-wide, so accuracy is imperative.
Interact with clients either remotely or in person.
Build scopes of work documentation for technicians to follow along occasional client site visits to monitor and review job progress.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors Degree preferred; 3-5 years experience in project coordination or similar fields
Proficient in Excel
Familiarity with construction and engineering terminology and/or process is highly beneficial
Strong communication, negotiation skills and customer satisfaction are imperative
Must be detail oriented and self-driven.
Ability to facilitate scheduled deadlines and manage multiple projects
Solid working knowledge of department processes and procedures.
Required Travel: up to 25%
