Handles a variety of situations involving the clerical or administrative functions for the Louisiana office.
Supports Chief of Staff.
Working knowledge of walkup copy print fax Xerox equipment.
Order and distribute general office and kitchen supplies
Answer telephone, give information to callers, route calls to appropriate person.
Greet customers, vendors and employees in a professional manner.
Ensure that all visitors have proper identification, sign in and out, and receive a Visitor’s badge.
Accept and signs for commercial deliveries. Advises appropriate personnel of delivery receipt.
Provides courteous and prompt service to all internal and external customers. Prioritizes and addresses requests and assignments in a professional manner to develop cooperative relationships and to ensure that customer confidentiality is assured.
Arrange meals and set up for meetings.
Perform such other duties as may be deemed necessary.
