Marble Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for Junior IT Help Desk Support.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software
· Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution
· Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
· Face-to-face IT support
· Support remote users to make changes and fix problems
· Troubleshoot and solve common issues
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
· Help train computer users
· Assist with daily maintenance of computer systems
· Must possess at least one (1) year of IT Help Desk experience
· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Training will be provided to selected candidate.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
