Primary Responsibility: Assist in the production of cakes, pastries, garnishes, ice creams and baked items for restaurant and banquet use.
Duties include: Gather ingredients and equipment to prepare desserts and pastries. Follow standard recipes and procedures to deliver high quality food in a specified time limit. Deliver pastries of the highest quality and consistency!
Requirements: A minimum of one year experience in food production. Must complete food safety programs successfully within 30 days of hire. Must be able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift. Work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
