About the team
Zillow is looking for highly organized and detailed self-starters to join our Human Resources department. This role will be responsible for HR operational support, maintaining accurate data and files while serving as a system champion.

Other responsibilities include:
  • Experience with data entry, organization, customer service, reporting.
  • Accurately and efficiently prepping and scanning documents and filing into electronic folders
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail with a track record of accuracy. Ability to think creatively, analytically, identify opportunities and take initiative.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment.
  • A proactive, high energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and influence skills with a variety of styles.
About the role
High school diploma
1 year administrative experience in an office setting
Experience scanning and filing documents
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
Must be professional and have excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a faced paced and deadline driven environment
Strong attention to detail
Computer proficiency
