What You’ll Do
Screen, recruit, interview, and support the hiring of candidates while consulting hiring leaders throughout the hiring process .
How You’ll Do It
Use efficient and cost-effective methods to generate qualified candidates (e.g., leveraging networks, sourcing passive candidates, and utilizing the employee referral program).
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and help develop sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
Conduct preliminary interviews and obtain feedback from management and candidates
Recommend compensation terms for offers and extends offers.
Prepare staffing activity reports and submit them to management.
Identify and communicate hiring trends to business and management.
Advise hiring leaders on Diversity and Inclusion best-practices at all stages of the talent acquisition process.
Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates for all requisitions or pipelines.
Qualifications You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a business-related field
2+ years of experience in recruiting in either a corporate or an agency setting
In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources consulting, operations management
Experience and expertise in recruiting diverse candidates including sourcing, targeted outreach and advising hiring leaders
Bonus Points If You Have:
6+ years of experience in recruiting in either a corporate or an agency setting
