ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Help manage a production pipeline. Conduct credit investigations as needed. Review applications, credit reports and other information submitted with a loan request. Conduct agricultural financial analysis including spreading financial statements, ratio analysis, and peer and industry comparisons. Review and analyze the financial position of any loan guarantors. Review and analyze appraisals, leases and market studies. Prepare narrative analysis of findings and assist with drafting loan presentations. Review and analyze annual crop / livestock production operating budgets. Maintain a working knowledge of Washington Federal policies and procedures as well as regulatory guidelines. Review, analyze and compile annual crop / livestock production results. Conduct annual loan reviews.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related major. Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, time management, and oral and written communication skills. The selected individual must be able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility/adaptability under tight deadlines, and the ability to prioritize and follow through on work assignments. Must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to deal with clients and the public, both in person and by telephone, in a personable, professional manner. Candidates must possess computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically with applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
