This role manages the project implementation, production support, and SME consultancy for High Value Payments. Functions managed typically have high monetary exposure and risk involving the processing of large dollar volumes and regulatory restrictions.

Directly manages 8-15 associates that are typically subordinate supervisors or exempt specialists.

Builds partnerships and skillfully influences others; resolves conflict with minimal noise. Must be flexible and have experience working in a fast-paced environment

Engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Builds action plans and drives execution.

Requires a working knowledge of end to end processes since decisions have significant impact affecting multiple and diverse operations.

Exhibit strong understanding of complex business problems to ensure projects are leveraging the appropriate technology and the technical design enables the delivery of a comprehensive solution.

Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage/ influence all stakeholders to make needed changes

As needed, partner with LOB & Technology in the development of business requirements to satisfy objectives, complete client and employee impact assessments and communications.

Responsible for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state and facilitating implementation

Enterprise Role Description

Manages large projects from initiation through implementation for a major operations segment, product line(s) or multiple operations units that may be regional or national in scope. Directs the research of existing operations, procedures, workflow, product and service requirements. Manages the analysis of assembled data to define problems, which would include cost/benefit analysis and scope of the project. Decisions made during the project may have significant impact affecting more than project area. Works directly with senior management of the operations area to set strategic direction of the project. May be required to interact with management outside of operations area, including negotiation with vendors/consultants on contractual issues such as services, bids/fees and delivery timetables. Has direct management responsibility for the project team and budget. Requires an in-depth knowledge of the bank and overall operations environment so that project impact is well defined.

Experience with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint

Desired Skills:
5+ plus years of project/program management or business support experience
Greenbelt, Blackbelt or Master Blackbelt is desired. PMP certification is a plus
Applies business redesign concepts, practices and Change Management tools.
Strong command of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio Microsoft suite
