WHAT IS A DIRECTOR OF CULTURE & ENABLEMENT ANYWAY?
Our product is our people, and that means we have to truly enable our tribe as we offer the absolute best product possible. The Director of Culture & Enablement, under the direction of the CEO will work with the entire LeadMD team to execute on organizational objectives, manage key programs, recruits, enables and develops our employees. The Director attends management meetings, keeps a pulse on the business, and helps to connect the dots across the company.

1. Build a successful and healthy organization:
Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them, design optimal workflows, and align internal processes.
Streamline communication between CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
Facilitate planning, alignment, execution and process development/improvement
Lead a variety of long-term, cross-organizational projects from ideation to completion
Lead the effort to build financial and operational reporting and analysis
Own performance metrics, for the company as well as individual KPI’s, and ensure all projects align in meeting those metrics
“Manage up” to share timely and meaningful feedback to the CEO, and other leaders in the company to meet goals and execute on strategic initiatives

2. Recruit and develop world-class talent:
Recruit THE best marketing minds in the world
Assess the organization’s current and desired capabilities / positions to ensure we can effectively deliver on its business and brand strategy.
Maintain the optimal organizational structure by updating job requirements and core competencies for all positions.
Be a brand ambassador through involvement and networking in key external business groups to build industry relationships.
Utilize innovative recruiting techniques to identify, head hunt, and attract the best talent.
Maintain organization team members and effectiveness through recruiting, testing, and interviewing; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Refine and maintain adoption of tracking team member career goals and facilitate path creation through realization
3. Enable our culture:
Work with leadership to design and develop programs, communications, events, workshops, etc. for leaders, managers and team members that creatively and authentically reinforce our unique values and culture.
Steward the company’s vision to ensure our unique culture and values are practiced throughout the organization
Distribute and analyze surveys via culture/engagement management software to measure and provide feedback on the organization’s culture and optimize to success.
Plan and execute Bi-Annual ‘team-weeks’ where the organization comes together to work and learn
MBA strongly preferred
3+ years in managing resourcing/staffing, having worked directly with C-suite/VP level
Startup experience or consultancy is a plus
Strategic thinker, data-driven and analytical in approach to solving problems
The ideal candidate has both hands-on experience and a tenured leadership foundation in the following areas: planning & process, product and/or financial planning, organizational change, communications & strategy execution
Able to comfortably dive into any area of the business or product, understand business needs and facilitate executive decisions based on changing priorities
Financial prowess and ability to create budgets, models, etc.
Tech and web-savvy with the ability to learn new concepts quickly
High level of integrity and management of confidential information
