Keystone Center is seeking a full-time Housekeeper. Keystone Center is located in Chester, PA, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults. We are located five miles south of the Philadelphia Airport, making our facility an easy location to travel to and from.
The Housekeeper maintains assigned area in a clean sanitary orderly and attractive condition providing a suitable environment for the car of patients and staffing accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Keystone Center.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position.
Education: Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prefer prior housekeeping experience in a hospital, health care or hospitality setting.
Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of equipment usage including vacuum cleaner, buffer, cleaning products, safety and infection control practices.
Supervision Received: Director of Housekeeping
Environmental Conditions: General hospital environment and outside weather conditions. Exposure to chemical dependant and dual diagnosis patients. Potential for exposure to communicable diseases, blood/body fluids and other hazardous waste. Exposure to equipment and cleaning products and fluids.
Physical Requirements: Heavy physical work load. Push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires standing, walking, bending, pulling, pushing, kneeling and stooping throughout the shift. Drug and alcohol free as evidenced by negative results of post-offer, pre-employment urine drug screen.
