Creative Account Executive

We are searching for a dynamic all around creative type to join one of the top commercial real estate development companies in the Philadelphia region. Looking for someone with outstanding work-ethic who can help convey priority brand messaging, bring a fresh perspective, and new ideas to elevate an established brand. Must be willing to also take direction and work as part of a collaborative team. Areas of focus include, advertising and promotion of our diverse portfolio of retail, residential, mixed-use and student housing projects, a charitable foundation, and community events.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, assisting with general copy development, copywriting, social media content and graphic design. Ideal candidate will have knowledge or interest in real-estate, philanthropy and community engagement as well as aesthetic awareness of marketing and advertising materials. Must be able to execute on Marketing & Communications Strategy as developed by Sr. Management and Marketing.

Job Skills & Requirements

  • Ability to familiarize yourself quickly on various topics related to real-estate, philanthropy, community and politics
  • Ability to effectively communicate through various mediums (written, verbal, tweet etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality proofreading skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Draft copy for brochures, headlines, e-mail campaigns, newsletters, advertisements and social media, RFP/RFQ experience a plus
  • Understanding of technical web concepts and SEO techniques
  • Manage editorial calendars, obtain approvals and post to appropriate channels
  • Proficiency with Adobe suite including, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and InDesign
  • Ability to design for multiple-channels including digital
  • Understanding of color theory, color relationships, typographic terms, page composition, knowledge of production techniques and photographic process

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum three years working writing for marketing communications including graphic design.
