Eagle Estate Services a national estate planning services firm and a leader in helping seniors with their estate planning needs, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Customer Service Department in our corporate office in Frisco, TX.
Administrative skills including, but not limited to:
Filing, heavy phone, data-entry, good organizational skills, oral and written communication skills Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers by phone, email, and in-writing.
Must be able to problem solve, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities.
Must have patience, organization and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Experience in: Outlook, Word, and able to type 40 wpm.
Be a team player and contribute to the success, company goals, and achievements of the department.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing telephone calls to and from customers.
Including: Referrals, discrepancies, delays, cancelation, and troubleshooting.
Updating, modifying, and tracking the database accordingly.
Maintain consistent contact with customer on a daily bases.
Good communication skills with customers.
Daily follow up with Customer Service Manager.
Maintain pipeline and follow up of customer inquiries.
Participate in team meetings on a weekly, and monthly basis.
Minimum 60 outbound / inbound calls a day.
Other duties as assigned.
