Responsibilities
Establish a strategic relationship with clients and serve as a business consultant and primary contact
Uncover opportunities to drive business growth within new and existing accounts
Review and analyze client-facing reports
Communicate wins, opportunities, and objectives to clients
Monitor and present new and upcoming marketing trends to clients
Engage in day-to-day communication with the client for strategic and new opportunities
Adjust accounts quickly to accommodate for changing environments
Provide clear client feedback to internal teams
Rally internal teams to create strategic recommendations and bring new ideas to the table
Develop, manage, and pursue SOWs, change orders, and addendums
Monitor client satisfaction, identify emerging issues and escalate internally
Stay calm and cool and steer projects through occasional storms
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
Requirements
4+ years of agency experience
Proven work experience as an account manager
Hands-on experience with a client or clients in the healthcare industry
Hands-on experience with project management software
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Excellent organization and time management skills
Communication and team management skills
Bachelor’s degree
