A Presales Associate is an active participant of the presales organization who supports active sales cycles. The position is an entry level position.
Activities include: immersion-style product training via a combination of remote learning, hands-on workshops, and mentor-led activities; development of customer prototypes using SAP products, demand generation support such as staffing marketing events; deal execution support such as white papers, site surveys, value based presentations, solution fit analysis; after sale support such as customer care events.
Expectations and Tasks
Experiences with open source Big Data technologies
Familiarity with database offerings such as Sybase, HANA, Oracle, Postgres or SQL Server
Build content to illustrate customer offering and roadmap
Actively participate in a supporting role in customer facing presentations
Support demand generation activities by staffing marketing events
Develop standard proposal response content for potential customers
Participate in discovery and site survey activities
Build value based demonstrations/presentations
Relevant coursework/projects that demonstrate your understanding of technology nd communication skills.
Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude and creativity
Able to rapidly absorb new facts and techniques
Energized by complexity
Experience & Language Requirements
Recent college graduate with at least one internship
Excellent communication skills in English
Bachelor’s degree required
