As a leading manufacturer of vascular grafts, endovascular and interventional devices, surgical meshes for hernia repair, and sutures, we are looking for a Sales Analyst - Partner to join our team in Tempe, Arizona.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Partner sales analytics and contract pricing agreement analytics for all product lines across the W L Gore Medical Products Division. Additionally, responsible for providing the Channel Sales Team with key account sales performance, account opportunity and supply chain program effectiveness measurements.

Responsibilities include:
Working with the MPD Channel Selling Team, Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to support business needs
Providing sales, contract pricing and opportunity analytics to support the Channel Sales Team for customer reviews and contract negotiations
Collaborating with the Channel Sales Team to provider pricing scenarios and agreement programs to that are based on our divisional pricing strategy, sales growth and/or profitability goals
Providing pricing agreement analyses to determine the overall effectiveness of the pricing and program strategies used within the agreement
Maintaining the data quality and integrity of the partner alignment; Ensuring optimal alignment to each partner account
Collaborating across the sales and marketing analytics team to ensure key partner account data is centrally available, ensure data integrity, use visualization tools to analyze partner information to identify sales and profit improvement opportunities
Defining and maintaining processes that will identify and address when a price is outside of the current pricing strategy
Participating on cross-functional teams bringing an enhanced understanding of available data, analyses, and systems
Collaborating with Channel Sales Team to ensure they have the key information to manage and support the relationship with their customers
Developing business requirements for new automated partner reports and maintaining existing reports
Preparing partner analysis and key metrics for Leadership
Qualifications

Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Math/Statistics, Economics
A minimum of 3 years of total analytics work experience
Experience with business intelligence and dash boarding tools (Tableau, Business Objects, QlikView, etc.) is a plus
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and analyzing large data sets
Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Travel <10%, some International

Desired Job Qualifications:
Experience in business analytics consulting including experience in Pricing Analytics, Contract Analytics and/or Sales Analytics
Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal).
Demonstrated ability to solve unique business problems and report on metrics
Strong business acumen, good organizational and time management skills
Highly motivated while demonstrate strong team focus

To handle large amounts of transactional data and determine trends
To work in a fast paced environment; ability to that take on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
