SUMMARY: Develops and implements corporate communications in a professional and consistent manner. Coordinates and maintains branded social media properties, ensuring brand "voice" is consistent across all channels. Monitors all social media channels to understand consumer perception of company and products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Leads internal cross functional team to develop and grow social properties, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+, Instagram and brand blog.
Works with outside agencies to implement and coordinate social media activities.
Researches, develops, and coordinates opportunities for future social media activity, including contests and other consumer or blogger campaigns.
Develops and maintains digital content for social network posts.
Works with Consumer Services to gather and aggregate input from consumers and respond to consumer feedback.
Works with active listening service to monitor social media channels. Collect data, identify trends or threads of conversations on our products and company, as well as other markets and our competitors.
Develops effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs and then monitors, measures, and reports on our program's effectiveness.
Utilizes various tools to publish content for internal and consumer consumption.
Creates presentations for sales, corporate and executive meetings.
Sets up, takes down, and operates projection equipment and audio equipment at sales meetings on and off site.
Researches, designs, edits, and produces audio, video and printed materials such as sales newsletters, employee publications, local advertising and forms.
Provides digital photography for newsletter, presentations and special requests, when necessary.
Researches and sources incentive items.
Provides administrative support for all Marketing activities.
Proofreads materials for accuracy.
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree with a minimum of 4 years experience. Education in or experience with Visual Communication Technology is preferred.
The successful applicant should have good leadership, organizational, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and team skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office.
Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the department and company.
Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated
